To chase away the winter blues, join us for a Brown alumni/US alumni walk on Saturday January 25 from Amberley to Arundel. It is a gentle 10 mile walk through wide-open fields, the pretty village of Burpham, and the meandering river of Arun. The best view is at the end as we will be walking towards Arundel Castle (but we will not have time to visit it). We will stop for a pub lunch in the middle of the walk and another stop at Digby Fine English tasting room in Arundel at the end of the walk and before we take the train back to London. Pack sturdy waterproof boots as the trails will be muddy this time of year, a waterproof jacket, plenty of water, and snacks.

For the whole outing including trains, lunch stop, and drinks at the end, allow for around 10 hours. Meet time is 8:45am at Victoria train station.
