We continue the conversation on post-Brexit job trends. In this talk, we will have three leading recruiters discussing the state of and current trends in the job market in context of the pandemic and Brexit, looking across a variety of industries. Our BCUK Co-President, George King IV, will moderate the session. We will also hear valuable insight from BCUK’s Board Member and Treasurer Alla Bashenko, a global financial services professional who is currently a portfolio Non-Executive Director. We will have time for Q&A at the end.

Lisa Mazza joined Ridgeway Partners in 2018 to grow its wholesale financial services practice. She helps clients build and enhance boards and executive leadership teams across banking, asset management and private equity. She has a particular interest in sustainability and is working with financial services clients to identify executive and non executive talent in this growing area. Before embarking on a career in executive search, Lisa spent ten years in foreign exchange sales at HSBC and BNP Paribas in London. She also spent some time in technology, co-founding a marketplace for machine learning algorithms and acting as a consultant to the Virgin Group.

Adam Saunders is a founding Partner of Amrop UK, a Member of Amrop's Global Board and Leader of Amrop's Financial Services Practice. Adam has been specialised in financial services executive search for the past 21 years. Serving clients in both sell- and buy-side, he specialises in strategic hires for clients at C-Suite and board level. Adam is a Global Board member of Amrop where he is responsible for coordinating the group's business development strategies. In addition he is global head of the Financial Services Practice and a core member of the Board Services group. Prior to establishing Amrop's UK office in 2015 he set up and ran a market leading boutique FS search firm where he was responsible for the FICC division globally.
